How long have you been in business?
RV Outpost Supercenter has been serving the Fort Worth area for over 20 years. We've helped thousands of RV owners find parts, complete repairs, and get back on the road, and we're proud of every job we've done.
What types of RVs do you work on?
We work on just about everything, Class A, B, and C motorhomes, fifth wheels, travel trailers, toy haulers, pop-ups, truck campers, and more. If you're not sure whether we can help with yours, just give us a call.
Do I need an appointment for repairs?
For repair and installation work, yes, we recommend calling ahead or booking a service so we can properly schedule your job and make sure we have the right parts ready. For parts or quick questions, feel free to stop by during business hours.
Do you offer a warranty on your work?
Yes, we stand behind every job we do. Ask us about our warranty when you bring your RV in, we'll walk you through what's covered.
What are your business hours?
We're open Monday - Friday: 8am to 5pm and Saturday: 9am to 2pm. Closed Sundays. For roadside emergencies, give us a call and we'll do our best to get to you.

What repair and installation services do you offer?
We offer a full range of RV repair and installation services out of our 7,000 sq ft shop;, appliance repair and replacement, roof work, slideout service, AC and heat pump service, plumbing, electrical, solar panel installation, awning repair, and more. See our Services page for details.
How long will my repair take?
Every job is different depending on the scope of work and parts availability. We'll give you an honest estimate upfront and keep you updated throughout, no surprises.
Can you install solar panels on my RV?
Absolutely. With our sister company ALL RV, we can supply and install solar panels for you.
Do you do appliance installation and replacement?
Yes, from water heaters and refrigerators to AC units and furnaces, we handle appliance service and installation for all major RV brands. We carry many appliances in stock and can special order what we don't have.

Do you sell RV parts directly?
Yes, our store is always stocked with a wide range of RV parts and accessories. We carry brands like Dometic, Lippert, Camco, Coleman-Mach, A&E, AquaHot, Airxcel, Forest River, and more. If we don't have it, we can special order it.
Can you order a part I can't find anywhere else?
That's our specialty. We carry hard-to-find and specialty parts that other shops don't stock. If you've been searching everywhere, chances are we either have it or can get it. Call us with your part number and we'll track it down.
Can I buy parts online or do I have to come in?
You can browse and purchase through our online storefront, we offer both shipment and in-store pickup. Or come visit us in Burleson and we'll have you on your way as quickly as possible.

We stock parts and accessories from Dometic, Lippert, Camco, Coleman-Mach, A&E, AquaHot, Airxcel, Forest River, MarineCo, Thor, and more. Our inventory is always growing, give us a call if you're looking for something specific.

Do you offer roadside assistance?
Yes. We offer mobile roadside assistance throughout the greater Burleson area, covering roughly a 30-mile radius. Check our Service Area page to see if you're in range, or just give us a call.
My RV broke down, can you come to me?
If you're within our service area, give us a call at (817) 426-9556 and we'll figure out the fastest way to help. Depending on the situation, we'll either dispatch a mobile tech or arrange to bring your RV into the shop.
What kinds of issues can you handle roadside?
Many common issues can be handled on-site, including tire changes, minor electrical or plumbing problems, slideout issues, generator service, and more. For larger repairs we'll bring your rig into our shop.
Is there a fee for roadside calls?
Yes. Mobile service calls include a trip fee plus hourly labor. Give us a call for current pricing and we'll give you a straight answer before we roll out.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, debit, credit cards, checks, Venmo, and Zelle.
Do you offer financing or payment plans?
We do not currently offer financing plans. If you have questions about payment options for a larger repair, give us a call and we'll do our best to work with you.
